Stu Linscott

As a regional president for Washington Trust Bank, Stu is a member of our senior leadership team and is responsible for coordinating our strategic planning efforts and expanding the bank’s footprint. He manages Washington Trust’s east Puget Sound Commercial Banking, Bellevue Private Banking and western Washington Commercial Real Estate teams. He is also responsible for the bank’s expansion into south Puget Sound while working as a partner to our Wealth Management & Advisory Services teams in the region.

Stu enjoys engineering solutions to match each client’s customized needs, and he has over 20 years of experience building banking relationships and serving clients in western Washington.

Stu holds an MBA from Seattle University in finance and management and a degree in economics from University of Washington. He also received a graduate certificate from the Pacific Coast Banking School.
