Paul MacMillan

Paul MacMillan has over two decades of experience in commercial lending and portfolio management with a focus in medical practices, construction, and manufacturing. As a vice president and relationship manager, Paul specializes in commercial real estate finance (construction, purchases and refinances) on both owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied property types, including traditional and SBA loan programs. He also has a deep understanding of the Central Oregon region and how best to serve Washington Trust clients in the area.

Paul graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with a minor in Sports Management.
