Kris Hollingshead

Kris has over 16 years of commercial real estate lending experience. A leader in the financial industry, Kris has been serving clients across western Washington since 2006. Kris is well qualified to meet the complex needs of Washington Trust’s income property and builder banking clients. He will use his knowledge and experience to guide his construction and development clients through the loan process and tailor solutions to meet their unique financial needs. Kris builds strong relationships by listening and collaborating.

Kris graduated from the University of Washington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree and completed his MBA in finance and real estate at the Michael G. Foster School of Business.
