Dominic DeCaro

As the leader of Washington Trust Bank’s Credit Resource Center and Small Business Banking teams, Dominic enjoys building relationships with clients and oversees teams that support them. In his role as director, he manages and coordinates the development and expansion of banking relationships with businesses. He also oversees the Bank’s consumer lending products and services.

 

With over 27 years of experience in banking, Dominic is equipped to be more than just a banker; he’s a proactive financial partner. His specialties include equipment loans, real estate financing, Small Business Administration (SBA) lending, and small business lines of credit.

 

Outside of work, Dominic is an active member of his community, being involved with numerous community and professional organizations. Dominic has a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University and is a 2024 graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
