What internet browser should I use to access WTB’s Digital Banking Applications?

WTB Online and Business Digital Banking are accessible from a number of browsers, including Chrome, Safari and Edge, the most current 2 versions of which are supported.

Can I customize my digital banking experience?

Yes. You can customize your WTB Online Dashboard to add, remove, and/or re-organize the information that displays. To do so, select the Configure This Page link and choose which column you want to edit from the drop down menu. Business Digital Banking users can reference How-To Guides after login by navigating to Other Links.

What types of alerts can I receive?

With WTB Online, you can sign up to receive a number of account alerts. These include alerts when an account balance reaches a certain amount, when a check clears, when you update personal or security information, and many more.

How can I receive alerts?

You can sign up to receive alerts through your email, via text message, and through the message center in WTB Online. Business Digital Banking users can reference How-To Guides after login by navigating to Other Links.
